If you have purchased a property on the Costa del Sol, it is very interesting to rent it out. This way you benefit from a nice return on your investment every year. We arrange all matters relating to the successful management of our clients’ real estate in (the area of) Estepona.

Carefree rental
We place your home on various booking sites and screen potential tenants extensively, in order to make sure that the right people rent your (holiday) home. We ensure that the house remains in perfect condition.

You will have a dedicated contact person with expertise and this person will be well aware of everything that is going on around your real estate. Your contactperson lives in the area and can always be on site whenever needed.

We can always respond quickly in case of emergencies via a special emergency number.

We arrange the real estate management for customers of our purchase guidance service or our interior design service.
You decide which matters you want to outsource. For this we have put together three different packages.
We offer our property management service only to clients of Turnkey del Sol. This includes clients of both our purchase support service and our interior design service.
Our extra services

Cleaning + check in
This amount includes a standard cleaning of 4 hours and a check in service. For each additional hour required or a separate cleaning service you pay €18,50 per hour.

Maintenance
We ensure that your home remains in good condition and take care of the necessary repairs and maintenance of the home when necessary.
€ 36,30 per uur
Tax return
If you have rental income, you file a tax return in Spain. We would like to refer you to our partner AvenidaHQ for this.
From €25 per month
Extra services
If you have special requests such as picking up parcels or other services that are not included in our standard package, we are happy to help with this.
