Hola! My name is Bas Bakker and I have been working at Turnkey del Sol since June 2024. After successfully completing a marketing degree, I started working full-time as a real estate agent, focusing on buying, selling, and renting to expats in the Greater Amsterdam area. After gaining over seven years of experience at various real estate agencies, I founded my own real estate agency in Amsterdam in 2018. Through my network, I came into contact with Turnkey del Sol when I was looking for a real estate investment in the Costa del Sol region. As the investment climate in the Netherlands is currently undergoing significant changes, I see a wonderful opportunity to help clients in Spain with buying or selling real estate. Having experienced the purchasing process myself, I can effectively assist buyers in finding their dream home in Spain. For now, I am working hybrid between Amsterdam and Estepona, with the aim of settling full-time in Estepona in the future.
