Hola, my name is Kim and I have been a real estate agent at Turnkey del Sol since January 2025. My background? I studied Marketing and Real Estate, with a master's degree in Entrepreneurship. I then worked in the Netherlands as a real estate agent for two years, where I sold both residential and commercial properties. During the crisis I 'temporarily' took a different direction and set up a successful fashion webshop: LOF Boutique, which I still enjoy running now, 14 years later.
As an entrepreneur, I started delving into real estate investments. I have now purchased four properties in the Netherlands and one home in Estepona (Spain) for rental purposes. During this purchase in Estepona I came into contact with Turnkey del Sol and this reminded me of my passion for real estate and love for Spain. With my experience and knowledge, I now help clients find their ideal home or the right investment property. From orientation to purchase and rental, I supervise the entire process.
