Hello! My name is Daniel Roorda and I started at Turnkey del Sol in January 2024 as a real estate agent and property manager. With a background in real estate and after having gained a lot of valuable knowledge in the real estate sector in the Netherlands, especially in acquisition and project development, I decided to broaden my knowledge and horizons in the international real estate market. After careful research, I ended up on the Costa del Sol because I saw that there were many opportunities there. Then I came across Turnkey del Sol, and the overall concept immediately appealed to me. So I reached out and was offered the opportunity to be part of the company.
PASSIONATE ABOUT REAL ESTATE
My passion for real estate and investing has led me to also invest privately. As a result, I manage a successful short-term rental in the Netherlands, which has strengthened my insight into the dynamics of the rental market. This knowledge comes in handy in Spain, where short-term rentals make up a large part of the market.
Since July 2024, I have been able to call myself Business Development Manager at Turnkey del Sol. In this role, I focus on identifying and acquiring new real estate projects, exploring new markets and building strategic partnerships that benefit our clients. With my knowledge of both the Dutch and Spanish real estate markets, and my passion for investing and return optimization, I am able to provide my clients with good advice and support with their investment decisions.
